Teach your children how to stay both physically AND mentally healthy during the pandemic. A unique coloring/storybook combo that includes reflection questions and place to write your answers.
Each coloring page is hand-drawn by a professional artist. This book was created by author/illustrator team Rivka Hodgkinson and Carolyn Yonkers to give parents, educators, therapists, health care workers, and kids a way to channel their questions and stress. If you are looking for a resource written from a growth mindset, this is the book for you! Each page features one word or concept related to the coronavirus outbreak, along with text that shares the meaning of the word as well as what we should do next. Starting with A - "Always Wash Your Hands" this educational coloring and workbook include wearing masks, being thankful to medical workers, ways to stay connected with others, and steps to stay healthy. |
Praise for COVID-19 ABCs
"This COVID-19 coloring book is a wonderful resource for children and adults. It takes a thoughtful and positive approach to educating about safety during the pandemic that includes not only physical health but also mental health. Covid 19 ABC’s combines education, activities, and feelings identification to help children make sense of the many changes in the world around them and what they can do to cope and stay hopeful! I recommend this resource to mental health professionals, health care workers, and parents who are looking for a resource for children."
